As an Administrative Assistant , you'll support the Headquarters team with general administrative duties and be the 'face' of the organization at our reception desk, while answering phone calls and providing high-quality customer service to visitors!

This Position:

We are interested in an Administrative Assistant with at least a High School diploma/equivalent.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years administrative and reception support and who is well-versed in the Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Teams.

This is an hourly position with starting pay at $16.67/hour. We are open to full and part-time applicants!
