Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry 09/18/2025 Contract Active Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical/Telemetry team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate clinical expertise, and effectively collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities D eliver direct nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including cardiac telemetry monitoring. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Document all patient care activities accurately and timely. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Ensure a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and their families. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry setting. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications Additional experience in acute care or telemetry monitoring is a plus.
