This role serves as a senior technical and functional analyst for highly complex banking platforms. This role ensures regulatory compliance, operational stability, and alignment with organizational goals.What You'll DoAnalyze complex systems to ensure solutions meet documented business, functional, and regulatory requirements.Lead the implementation and support of core and ancillary banking platforms.Design, manage, and support system integrations and interfaces (APIs, file-based, middleware).Serve as a subject matter expert for Fiserv DNA, Temenos (LOS), Q2 (Comercial Banking), Nautilus, and FIS platforms.Utilize advanced SQL and Oracle queries for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and system troubleshootingLead Agile delivery practices and solution discovery efforts.Coordinate application release schedules with vendors and internal teams.What You'll BringLevel IBA/BS degree in computer science, or equivalent demonstrated experience is preferred.Demonstrated experience as a system analyst or any equivalent combination of job related experience requiredAbility to adapt to various programming languages (C#,.NET, Windows Services)Demonstrated proficiency in best practices of software development life cycleProactive best practices for service delivery and handoff to productionProven ability to support a strong member service cultureLevel IIBA/BS degree in computer science, or equivalent demonstrated experience is required2+ years of job-related experience is required.Demonstrated proficiency in best practices of software development life cycleProactive best practices for service delivery and handoff to productionProven ability to support a strong member service cultureKnowledge of web services and interfacesLevel IIIA minimum of 5+ years of banking systems analyst experience required.Strong hands-on experience supporting Fiserv DNA, Temenos, or FIS platforms preferred.Banking domain expertise including deposits, lending, payments, and digital banking required.Experience with APIs, interfaces, and software development life cycle best practices preferred.Experience with IT service management frameworks; ITIL® 4 Foundation (or later) certification preferred.What You'll GetAbility to collaborate and build a sense of togetherness that contributes to a positive work environment.Being open to change and embracing new opportunities can lead to diverse experiences and career advancement.By prioritizing member wellbeing, which leads to increased engagement, improved team dynamics, higher levels of motivation and a stronger community culture.
