Project Engineer

Job Title

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably in the EMS or manufacturing industry.

Strong background in design review, new product introduction (NPI), and manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, stamping, assembly).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with design validation processes.

Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

Basic knowledge of mold tooling and plastic injection molding processes is a plus.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to facilitate communication with teams and customers across regions.

Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Location:

Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Jose, California or nearby areas.
