Lead Underwriter, Private Capital & Acquisition Finance

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Underwriter to lead underwriting of private equity transactions within the PCAF/PCGAM group. You will manage deal teams, oversee portfolio execution from initial read to closing, and provide ongoing credit risk management across a subset of borrowers. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills and travel up to 10%.
