Detailed Job Description:
Precision Population Health initiative focused on building scalable, cloudnative healthcare solutions
using modern fullstack technologies. The role involves developing eventdriven applications, GraphQL
integrations, AIassisted software engineering, workflow automation, and continuous delivery practices
to improve care management, operational efficiency, and product outcomes within a regulated
healthcare environment.

Minimum years of experience*: 5-8 years

Certifications Needed: No

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. FullStack Application Development Design, develop, and support cloudnative healthcare
applications using React, Java, Node.js, GraphQL, and eventdriven architectures.
2. AIDriven Engineering Automation Leverage GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, Codex, Claude, and
other approved AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, automate tasks, and
enhance productivity.
3. EndtoEnd Product Delivery Quality
