Your Mission: As a Plumbing & Heating Counter Sales Associate, you'll be a pivotal part of our success story by enhancing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efficient assistance will guide both walk-in and telephone customers in selecting and acquiring the products they need.

Daily Opportunities Include:

• Take orders at the counter and enter them accurately into the system.
• Swiftly solve customer issues or engage the right team member to resolve them.
• Retrieve orders from our warehouse with precision and speed.
• Attend product training meetings to stay in the know.
• Contribute to after-hours scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Dive into company-sponsored sales promotions.
• Collaborate with other departments for swift resolution of customer service matters.

• Availability from Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 5 PM) with overtime opportunities.
