Contract Speech-Language Pathologist: Rehab & Communication
Sweetwater Care LLC
Sweetwater Care in California seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy for patients with speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders in a SNF setting. You will develop treatment plans, perform evaluations and monitor patient progress under physician orders.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the healthcare team, ensuring documentation accuracy and delivering a full range of speech therapy modalities to improve communication and swallowing safety.
