Talent Acquisition Analyst
Job Location: Plano, Texas Job duration: 08 months
Client is looking for:
- A passionate, self-driven, and curious Talent Acquisition Analyst.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to partner with the in house and outsourced TA team to provide compensation analysis, assistance with TA processes, as well as a variety of TA operational initiatives and projects.
- The role joins a team of 5 TA Analysts today and reports to the TA Manager, Professional Recruiting.
Candidate will be doing:
- Work cross functionally with Recruiting and HRBP teams to perform compensation analysis for internal and external candidate offers on a daily basis
- Partner on a variety of TA Operational functions which could include Background, Onboarding, Employee Referral program, and more
- Assist with audits or TA compliance initiatives related to Workday Recruiting ATS processes
- Document TA processes, maintain SOPs, create user guides
- Provide TA related historical reporting as needed
