Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a temporary clinic-based assignment supporting a clinic in Kissimmee, FL. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing support in an outpatient clinic setting, assisting with patient care, triage, treatments, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Contract Type: Temporary Assignment

Contract Dates: Minimum 3-month+ temp/contract role (possible extension or temp-hire)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $ 34.87/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing support within a clinic setting while delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

• Perform triage assessments for acute patient calls and walk-in visits, determining appropriate next steps based on patient needs.

• Conduct daily follow-up calls for triage patients and complex care cases.

• Administer medications and provide treatments as directed by clinical protocols and provider orders.

• Perform IV therapy, including IV administration and related patient monitoring.

• Conduct EKGs and assist with diagnostic testing.

• Perform laboratory specimen collection and lab draws.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinic staff to support efficient patient care delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• IV Certification required.

• Current CPR certification through the American Red Cross required.

• Clinical experience in an outpatient, ambulatory, or clinic setting preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

• Experience with patient triage and care coordination.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative healthcare team.
