Occupational Therapist: Rebuild Daily Living Skills in LTC
Nexus Health
Nexus Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents to regain, maintain, or improve daily living skills and functional independence. You will develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress within a team-based care model. Ideal candidates hold an active Illinois license and prefer experience in SNF/long-term care.
