AutoLeap is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at AutoLeap, you will be responsible for helping the team in executing optimization techniques for its customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep passion for Revenue Operations, superior customer experience and entrepreneurship.

AutoLeap is the market-leading shop management SaaS provider in the underserved auto repair industry. The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners focused on general repair to better understand, manage and grow their business—from scheduling appointments to managing technicians and generating invoices to help save time and money.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:

• Track and report key revenue metrics, surfacing trends and insights that drive strategic decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with a clear, real-time view of pipeline and performance
• Collaborate with executive and sales teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and projections
• Implement corrective actions to address gaps identified through analysis and feedback
• Improve existing processes by scaling and streamlining systems
• Research and introduce new technologies to support the growth of sales and marketing teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience (CX), to align requirements and ensure seamless execution

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong academic background from a top undergraduate program
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a process-oriented, analytical, or operations-focused role
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying them to business problems; bonus if you've built or deployed an AI-assisted workflow
• A strong learning mindset with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, you prefer building working prototypes over writing proposals
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine interest in solving problems that help small businesses succeed
