What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care to an average of 18 patients per day in a 99-bed facility
• Manage a variety of treatment disorders including anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, developmental, psychotic, trauma-related, and substance use disorders
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Administer pharmacotherapy and manage involuntary commitments as needed
• Document patient care using Wellsky EMR system
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive treatment environment

What You Need

Required:

• Active medical license in Delaware or eligible for licensing
• Familiarity with involuntary commitments and psychopharmacology
• Experience in inpatient psychiatry, preferred

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with diverse psychiatric populations
• Knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Wellsky
