Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Patient population: Outpatient Ortho
• Will accept a PTA: YES
• Will accept First Time Travelers: YES
• Will accept New Grads: NO
• Float to other clinics: NO
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume: 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected

Location Highlights

Yakima, Washington offers access to both outdoor recreation and a regional healthcare market in Central Washington. The city sits in the Yakima Valley wine region with more than 120 wineries nearby, and Yakima Area Arboretum provides 46 acres of walking paths and gardens close to downtown. Franklin Park includes sports fields and a public pool within the city, and the Yakima Greenway offers more than 20 miles of paved paths along the Yakima and Naches rivers. White Pass Ski Area is about 50 miles west for winter recreation, and Mount Rainier National Park can be reached in roughly 2 hours for hiking and scenic drives.
