Director of Enterprise Architecture

Leading enterprise technology strategy, the full-time Director of Enterprise Architecture will oversee architecture governance, establish technology roadmaps, and provide strategic guidance on technology decisions while working remotely in North Carolina. Key responsibilities Define and deliver enterprise technology and architecture strategies to support business growth and digital transformation Establish architecture standards and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines across major initiatives Lead integration and modernization efforts, including data interoperability and cloud transformation, while reducing technical debt Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in technology leadership roles Demonstrated success in leading technology strategy and enterprise architecture within healthcare environments Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud platforms and enterprise systems such as AWS, Azure, and Salesforce Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with a track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders and mentoring technical teams
