Part-Time CustodianWildcat Creek Career Cooperative is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors throughout the year.ScheduleMonday–Friday5.5 hours per dayCompensationStarting wage: $15.17 per hourUp to $20.33 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily custodial duties, including cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.Complete landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance.Remove snow and apply ice treatment to sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances during winter weather.Perform light maintenance duties, such as minor repairs and routine building upkeep.Maintain a safe and organized work environment.Assist with other maintenance and custodial duties as assigned.QualificationsAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.Dependable with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous custodial or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wageConsistent Monday–Friday scheduleYear-round employmentOpportunity for wage advancement based on experience and performanceWildcat Creek Career Cooperative is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes qualified applicants to apply.
