IHOP Service Assistants:
Our Service Assistants help keep the restaurant moving. This role supports both the kitchen and dining room by maintaining clean dishware, assisting with sanitation, supporting table bussing, and helping create an organized, fast-paced environment where the team can succeed.
This position plays an important part in food safety, cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience. Successful team members communicate well, stay organized under pressure, and work collaboratively with both front- and back-of-house staff.
This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safely performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team members may assist with additional restaurant tasks as needed to support daily operations and guest service standards. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and team support.

Service Assistant Requirements:
• Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work carefully and efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain urgency during busy shifts
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables to help maintain dining room flow and guest satisfaction
• Ensure clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools remain available for uninterrupted restaurant operations
• Clean and maintain dish machines, sinks, kitchen equipment, and work areas
• Assist with deliveries, stocking, and general organization when needed
• Support both kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Handle trash removal, recycling, and sanitation duties as part of maintaining a clean facility

Cook:
Our Cooks are responsible for preparing high-quality food with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail. This role is essential to delivering the guest experience our restaurants are known for. Successful cooks take pride in organization, cleanliness, teamwork, and executing at a high level during both routine operations and busy peak periods.
Team members are expected to learn menu specifications, plating standards, cooking procedures, and kitchen systems while maintaining a clean and professional work environment. We value cooks who communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and contribute positively to the culture and flow of the kitchen.

Cook Requirements:
• Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred

Hosts:
Our Hosts are the first impression of the restaurant and play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy guest experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing seating flow, supporting off-premise orders, and helping maintain smooth communication between the dining room and kitchen.
Successful hosts are friendly, organized, adaptable, and able to stay calm during busy periods. In addition to guest seating responsibilities, Hosts are trained to support To-Go operations and may also assist as Expediters during peak business periods to help ensure food accuracy, timing, and overall service flow.
This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25–50 pounds, and frequent movement including reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and continuous use of hands and wrists. Team members may assist with additional restaurant tasks as needed to support daily operations and guest service standards. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and team support.

Host Requirements:

Server:
Our Servers are hospitality professionals responsible for creating a welcoming, energetic, and sales-focused guest experience.
