Speech and Language Pathologist in Frostproof, FL

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Assess students to determine speech, language, and communication difficulties
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services for K-12 students
• Document student progress and maintain appropriate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student's academic experience
• Participate in meetings and provide professional input as required
