Senior HR Generalist — Automotive Plant

Yanfeng is seeking an HR Generalist to support plant HR operations in Highland Park, MI. The role will act as a liaison for employees and management, ensuring accurate records, policy compliance, and timely HR service across the site. The successful candidate will manage payroll-related time/attendance audits, conduct new hire orientations, and assist with terminations and policy updates.
