Dispatch Coordinator
Orem, UT - Onsite
$20 - $23 per hour | Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Coordinate and optimize daily routes and schedules for our Delivery Sales Consultants
- Confirm and manage appointments with high-quality referred potential customers using the latest scheduling and CRM technology
- Ensure every consultant arrives on time ready to present a generous $77 worth of premium meat as a gift to each new customer
- Communicate clearly with the sales team and customers to keep everything running smoothly
- Track and update appointment status in real time for maximum efficiency
- Competitive pay: $20 - $23 per hour (based on experience)
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!)
- Full-time onsite position in our Orem, UT office
- Fast-paced, positive team environment in the growing premium meat delivery industry
- Opportunity to grow with a company that puts customers first
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with modern tech and scheduling software (well train on our systems)
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to help families discover premium, natural meat delivered to their door
- Must be able to work onsite in Orem, UT
