Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction planning through project completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and project documentation while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.


This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, review invoices, and manage change orders.
• Ensure projects comply with contract requirements, safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, schedules, and closeout packages.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
• Partner with field leadership to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Assist with project estimating, procurement, and value engineering opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or multi-family construction projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Proven experience managing budgets and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
