Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Full-Time $45–$50/hour – Simpsonville, SC Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide patient‑centered therapy services that improve residents’ independence and quality of life. This role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services per physician orders and care goals Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs Participate in care planning and discharge planning Conduct staff in‑services and training Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred) Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OTR) license (in good standing) Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills Benefits Competitive pay: $45–$50/hr Medical, dental, vision & life insurance PTO & 401(k) with company match PRN opportunities within our network Employee appreciation events throughout the year Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are an equal opportunity employer.
