Healthcare Recruiter Job Duration: 2 Months Job Location: Overland Park, KS Client: Advent Health Pay Rate: $26/hr. to $40/hr. on W2 (Experience wise pay rate) Need local candidates of KS Locations to support are- AdventHealth Shawnee Mission Miriam, KS; OR South Overland Park Overland Park, KS; OR Lenexa City Lenexa, KS; OR Ottawa, KS Will be remote but candidate need to come onsite 1-2 days in a week Not short-term contract (Minimum 1 years of contract on last 6 years or 2-3 roles in last 6 years) Strong LinkedIn profile Need USC and GC Need experience on Workday With bachelor 3 years of experience or without bachelor 5-6 years of experience Required: Education: Bachelor's degree. (An equivalent combination of a bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered). Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools. Preferred: Industry Experience: Healthcare experience and/or RPO experience. Certifications: Talent Acquisition certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACR. HR Certification through HCI or SHRM (SHRM-CP). Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategies to ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels and that new programs are fully staffed for opening dates. Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities. Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, while managing counter-offers as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system. Policy Expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.
