Join QCD Seattle as a Full-Time Dry Picker! Golden State Foods has earned its first-ever designation as a U.S. Best Managed Company. This is a 6:00 a.m. shift. The position works a 4/10 schedule and requires overtime when needed. In This Role, You’ll: Use Vocollect headsets to accurately select orders based on voice instructions Ensure products are in excellent condition and properly packaged Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work closely with team members to achieve daily goals Follow all safety protocols and procedures What You’ll Bring: One year of general warehouse experience preferred Order-selection experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Experience or training using material-handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts Basic reading and math skills Ability to stand, walk, twist, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds Availability to work the 6:00 a.m. shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Pay & Benefits: $25.07 per hour Weekly pay Benefits available within 30 days of employment for you and your family Company-provided uniform, including work boots Opportunity to work for an industry-leading coffee company People-first workplace culture Training, development, and opportunities to become our next leader
