Job title - Growth Leader, Power Generation Location - Austin, TX | Chicago, IL | Denver, CO (Centennial) | Minneapolis, MN | Muscatine, IA | or Remote, US Job type - Hybrid Requisition ID - 11226 The Power Delivery Growth Leader will win and deliver Energy Market projects, focused on the Power Delivery and/or Renewable Energy sectors, nationwide in the U.S. The successful candidate will grow existing client relationships and support the identification and development of new clients for Stanley Consultants. What You Will Be Doing: Develop Power Delivery projects including Transmission (both HVAC and HVDC), Distribution, Substation, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Renewable Energy and Field Construction Management Service projects. Develop Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects in the Power Delivery and Renewable Energy sectors. Develop Program Management Office (PMO) engagements, including asset management, data analytics, program controls and reporting. Develop associated studies, technical advisory, and analysis engagements. Achieve new and add-on business with existing clients by developing and enhancing key client relationships and serving as one of the primary company contacts. Provide leadership in the development of client relationships, capture planning, strategy, pursuit and proposal activities to a team of direct reports. Mentor and support the energy team, with an emphasis on growing expertise in Power Delivery services. Participates in strategy development, market trends, business solutions, corporate strategy, scoping/costing and proposal preparation, interviews, presentations, and contract negotiations. Communicate internally and report regularly on new business sales pipeline, client planning and opportunity tracking. Collaborate with their direct reports of Client Service Managers to maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline of energy market opportunities. Actively participate in Go No/Go discussions and make recommendations for Go No/Go decisions. Identify new business growth opportunities and work to meet return on investment goals.
