We are looking for a professional cook to prepare food to specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Cook duties will consist of assisting the management team with daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.Opportunity for growth!Responsibilities:Set up and stocking stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, meat, or preparing sauces)Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashionComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersRequirements:Proven cooking experience, including experience in a high-volume atmosphereExcellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and proceduresAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksExperience in a small kitchen is a plusActive Food Handlers CardWe can accommodate a flexible schedule and have a close relationship between management and employees to create the ultimate work environment.BenefitsThompson Golf Group owns and manages 7 courses throughout Arizona, Minnesota & Texas.
