The Opportunity We’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to drive revenue growth by securing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients and large-scale commercial accounts. As an AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from strategy to close—working directly with property owners, asset managers, developers, and key stakeholders. You’ll partner closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and with operations to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales Strategy & Execution Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing, onboarding, and ensuring customer success. Develop and execute account strategies to land, grow, and retain key accounts. Manage a portfolio of enterprise and large commercial clients. Collaborate with BDRs to build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities. Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic selling. Leverage CRM and data tools to track, forecast, and manage sales activities. Relationship Management Build deep, trusted relationships with property owners, asset managers, facility directors, general contractors, and developers. Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to their goals. Represent Occidental Roofing professionally in networking events, trade shows, and industry functions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, production, and leadership to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams to drive outcomes. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts. Provide insights to leadership to inform sales strategy and positioning. Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferred Experience in roofing, construction, facilities management, or capital improvement sales. Existing network in commercial real estate, property management, or development. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
