Description

You'll spend most of your shift in a clean room inspecting small plastic molded parts, looking for defects, taking measurements, documenting results, and packaging good parts for shipment. It's a quality-focused manufacturing role where attention to detail is critical because the products must meet strict customer and clean room standards.Inspecting Parts (50-60% of the job) - plastic injection molded parts, visually inspect for flash, burrs, scratches, etc.)Measuring and Verifying Quality (10-20% of the job) - using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools. Verify dimensions match blueprint specifications. Record measurements and inspection results. Packaging Parts (20-30% of the job) - count or weigh approved parts, label bags and boxes correctly, complete traceability paperwork, prepare finished product for shipment or the next manufacturing step. Documentation (10-15% of the job) - complete inspection records, update ERP systems, review job travelers and working instructions, document any nonconforming materials or defects found.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Geneva, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
