Position Overview

• Location: Saint Augustine, FL
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Contract Dates: August 4, 2026 – December 18, 2026
• Additional caseload details provided during the interview

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students based on their IEP goals and individual needs.
• Conduct evaluations and assist in determining eligibility for school-based physical therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, motor skills, and functional independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and IEP-related records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and participation in the educational environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload while providing high-quality, student-centered care.
