Based in San Francisco and Seattle, they are creating the infrastructure that allows developers to give AI agents eyes and ears on the world. Job Description As the founding GTM Engineer at The Hog, you will build the company's growth engine from scratch. You'll serve as "customer zero," using The Hog’s real-time web intelligence API to power outbound signal engines, ABM motions, and enrichment pipelines. Your work will define the product's go-to-market playbook and prove its technical value. Location San Francisco or Seattle, USA Why this role is remarkable You are the first GTM hire at a YC F25 startup, giving you direct influence over the company's growth strategy and the product roadmap from day one. You will be "customer zero" for an API that provides the perception layer for the next generation of AI, making your engineering work the ultimate case study. Join a high-velocity team of three at the earliest stage, working directly with founders who have deep expertise in growth, AI security, and engineering. What You Will Do Build and own the outbound signal engine, integrating real-time web intelligence with tools like HeyReach and Smartlead to drive automated, high-intent qualified pipeline. Design and deploy a modern programmatic ABM motion, utilizing AI agents and 30+ data points per account for deep research and awareness scoring. Architect internal GTM infrastructure from scratch, including HubSpot schemas, attribution stacks, and developer marketing funnels to measure and scale API adoption. The Ideal Candidate 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or technical growth roles at high-growth B2B companies, with a proven ability to build scalable systems. Technical proficiency in TypeScript or Python and deep expertise in the modern AI GTM stack, including tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, and Cargo.
