Interim Head of Sales - Mobile Performance Advertising

Remote (European Union) Fixed-term contract 12-month contract 40 hours/week 24 days of annual leave As soon as possible We’re now looking for a Head of Sales to take ownership of our Performance Ads division, working alongside the founder and the performance team This is an hands-on sales role . You will start as the senior revenue owner to drive new business and shape how we sell. Your first mission is to close deals and grow the team following the revenue growth projection. Your responsibilities Own revenue generation Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound channels Lead discovery calls and pitch our services to mobile companies Close deals for our Performance Ads division (CPI/A), across OEM ads, Ad Networks, Programmatic, and rewarded traffic. Run the full sales cycle Prospect qualify pitch negotiate close Manage deals end-to-end Build the sales engine Help refine our sales playbook Develop scalable outbound strategies Turn successful sales motions into repeatable frameworks Work directly with the founders Help shape our commercial positioning Influence new business opportunities and markets in which to scale activities Represent the company You will be joining industry events and potentially represent the company with speaking engagements. Requirements 5+ years of experience selling mobile app marketing or Mobile-related services in a SaaS company is a must Proven track record of closing mid- and high-ticket deals Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem (UA channels, attribution, ROAS, LTV, SKAN, MMPs) Experience running full sales cycles independently Strong entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable with outbound prospecting Business-fluent English is a must (any additional European language is a plus) Must have previous agency experience This Role Is Not for You If You want a pure management role You rely heavily on SDRs to generate pipeline You prefer large corporate environments with fixed processes Working conditions and perks Home Office support for your remote setup.
