Location: Burleson, TX, US, 76028 Job Location: Swing route covers Arlington, Burleson, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Crowley, and Cleburne Walmarts Work days/Shift Hours if applicable: 5 Days per week, rotating / 3:00 AM until route complete Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.10 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
