Reporting & Monitoring Prepare, review, and submit required programmatic reports and supporting documentation to government funders in a timely and accurate manner, coordinating with Finance as needed. Coordinate and support funder monitoring visits, desk reviews, and audits; ensure readiness and timely response to findings or corrective actions. Partner with program staff to ensure documentation supports reported outcomes and deliverables. Cross‑Functional Support Serve as an internal resource to program leaders on grant requirements, contract compliance, and documentation standards. Support grant proposal development as needed, including narrative development, compliance language, attachment preparation, and cross‑team coordination, in collaboration with Development and Program teams. Assist with onboarding and training program staff on grant‑specific requirements.
