Gault Heating & Cooling is looking for skilled Residential HVAC Service Technicians who want to work with a company that values professionalism, craftsmanship, and strong customer relationships.

This position is designed for technicians who are already comfortable diagnosing residential HVAC systems, performing service repairs, and communicating solutions to homeowners. Top performers can earn up to $60/hour with incentives.
This is not an apprentice or entry-level position. Candidates must have hands-on residential HVAC service experience.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
• Perform service repairs, system maintenance, and component replacements
• Provide homeowners with clear explanations of system issues and repair options
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and pride in your trade

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience communicating repair options and solutions to homeowners
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Ability to work in environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and loud noises
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
