Pay Range: $46.15 - $48.46 hourly
Schedule: 40 Hours per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Possible rotating or variable shifts to meet operational needs)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a RN in a clinical care setting
• 2+ years of home health experience
• Must have current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Must have homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
• Must have OASIS Experience - Required
• Must have proof of current CPR certification - Required
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
• Must have valid driver’s license - Required
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration
• Competent in venipuncture, IV care, wound care, inhalation therapy, phlebotomy, and developing bowel and bladder training programs
• Ability to organize tasks, develop action plans, prioritize, and work under stressful situations
• Maintain current licensure and meet continuing education requirements
• Ability to work flexible schedule and travel locally
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• CHPN certification
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing
