Job Description Job Description ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
Process income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations
Mail out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations
Assist in a phone queue to answer questions from customers related to Assumptions and Subordinations
Complete checks, scan all packages same day and stay within SLA
Interact with customers, internal/external clients, via phone and email
Communicate with peers and on-site management face-to-face
Requirements:
Great customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
Must be able to be in office full time, 8-5 CST
