Job Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Estimator Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Commission + Vehicle + Profit Sharing + Benefits Job Overview A growing commercial roofing contractor in Elk Grove Village is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to support an expanding pipeline of commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in both project management and estimating who wants to be part of a stable, growing team with strong earning potential. Responsibilities Manage commercial roofing projects from bid through completion Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals Review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements Oversee project schedules, budgets, and production Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams Support ongoing business development and client relationships Requirements 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (PM and/or estimating) Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Metal) Ability to read plans and specifications Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, EDGE, etc.) preferred Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) Commission structure tied to performance Company vehicle or allowance Profit sharing Health insurance Long‑term growth opportunities Why Join?
