Supervisor - Nutrition Services

$20 - $28.97 per hour

Responsibilities

Supervises the day to day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies. Performs the clerical support/duties necessary for optimal patient care, including the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department, budgetary requirements and compliance to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and maintain current.
Two (2) years experience in food service operations.
Ability to use PC.
Certified Dietary Service Supervisor preferred.

Saint Joseph Hospital - Elgin offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $20.00 to $28.97. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
