Project ManagerHealy Riggs is a leading construction recruiting company looking for a Project Manager in Miami, FL.We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join a growing Commercial construction company in Miami, FL. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team membersMonitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delaysProactively address any project challenges and implement solutionsEnsure all safety standards and regulations are being followed on siteManage and negotiate project contracts and change ordersConduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progressPrepare and present project updates and reports to senior managementManage project documentation and recordsConduct project close-out activities and ensure client satisfactionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materialsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetProficient in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPMP certification is a plusThis is a full-time position based in Miami, FL. The Project Manager will work primarily on construction sites, but may also be required to work in an office setting. Some travel may be required for site visits and client meetings.
