Fusion Dance Centre Office and Account Coordinator for Fusion Dance Centre in Roselle Park, NJ. Assist with clerical and administrative duties such as greeting clients, registering students, answering phones, taking messages, email correspondence, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Maintain a professional appearance as the first point of contact. Estimated Hours Per Week: 25 hours Office and Account Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones and take messages Contact customers for past due balances - collection calls Respond to emails Manage mail correspondence Greet clients and visitors Help maintain office calendar Assist with invoicing Perform data entry and filing tasks Perform other clerical tasks as needed Office and Account Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of administrative or clerical experience Experience making calls and answering calls Experience with QuickBooks software a plus Computer proficiency Experience with Google Drive/Google Docs Organizational and time management skills Basic math skills Calm and professional appearance Benefits Employee discount 401(k) with employer match and health benefit options available for FT and PT employees Schedule 5 hour shift 4 day work week Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3-8pm; Saturday 8:30am-1:30pm Weekend availability required Pay range $20-$22 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Ensemble Performing Arts
