Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. requirement : Night Shift, 4 x 12s. no set days of the week. 1830- 0700. must have BLS and Teams or equivalent. 2 years or more of experience. 2 behavioral health units. BMU ration is 1:5 as it is med Psy. 10 patient max on unit. Works with MHT as well. MHU ration is 1:6 and has 21 beds. works with MHT as well. Adult Psy. Possible Call.Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): PreferredAcute care facility experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredDepartment Specific License/Certifications:Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or TEAM-A: RequiredAHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: RequiredAHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required
