The Restaurant Line Cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen by preparing and cooking food to meet the establishment's quality standards. This position ensures timely and efficient food service while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications
- Cook food items efficiently and to quality standards
- Ensure quality control to maintain consistency and presentation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant kitchen operations
