Progressive Care Unit RN Part Time Days

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Baptist Health Floyd Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This part‑time position (24 hours weekly, days 7am‑7pm) is benefit eligible. Job Duties Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge. Act as an on‑shift team member delivering patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and coworkers. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage high‑acuity patients with conditions such as CHF, dysrhythmias, DKA, respiratory issues, sepsis, and other cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. Perform and monitor multiple drips and specialized procedures as required. Qualifications Current Indiana or compact state RN license. BLS for Healthcare Provider required. ACLS Certification required (must be obtained within 12 months of hire). Minimum of one year of previous nursing experience to hold a PRN position. New graduate RNs are welcome.
