Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for effectively supervising employees in a designated area of manufacturing to ensure a safe work environment, meet production deadlines, and attain established goals in the areas of production quality, delivery, and cost.

Location: Ithaca, NY.

Salary ranges from $70,400 - $105,600 based on experience. Comprehensive medical, dental, life vision, disability and long-term disability options available. 401K with Company match. Onsite Health and Wellness clinic and programs. Educational Reimbursement. Bonus Program.

We are looking for: 3 + years' experience in a manufacturing related position required. Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred; experience in the automotive industry preferred. Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Strong technical skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing processes/procedures required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Familiarity with proven safety programs or quality programs (i.e. Kaizen) a plus. Knowledge of measuring devices i.e. micrometers, height stands, calipers.
