Job Title: ES&H Representative Location: Winnemucca, NV Type: 12 month Contract Compensation: $68.80 - $89.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Per Diem 3 Weeks on, 1 Week Off 57 hour work week Mobilization/Demobilization Covered Trips Home Covered

Responsibilities • Provide technical oversight of the project’s ES&H compliance activities through inspection of project field execution activities. • Assist project and construction management in implementing and complying with project safety requirements and in addressing ES&H issues as they arise during project execution. • Work directly with other project-level functions (e.g., engineering, construction, subcontracts, procurement, project controls, document controls) to assist them in addressing the applicable ES&H requirements in their work activities. • Conduct daily site surveillance to verify adequate use of PPE, routine equipment inspections, and promote project ES&H initiatives.

Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or international equivalent) related to environmental, safety, health, or science-related discipline. • 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience. • Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 required. • Understanding of Bechtel's ES&H Core Processes. • Ability to perform root cause analysis for incident investigations. • Experience in conducting ES&H assessments/inspections during construction. • Knowledge of safety programs/engineering systems, principles, methodologies, and national safety laws/regulations. • Experience managing or providing technical oversight of ES&H subcontractors or consultants.
