Maintenance Technician Nights

Maintenance Technician Position DescriptionResponsibilities:Performs routine maintenance of facility and equipment to include, but is not limited to:Routine maintenance of building and plantMust be able to work well with a teamMust be able self motivatedPreventive maintenance of machinery and equipmentRepairing broken or leaking plumbingWork on electrical wiringMaintain HVAC equipmentIdentify potential safety hazards.Painting, repairing, building, or applying materials to building surfaces.Respond immediately in the event of an emergency following safety protocol.Operate emergency alarm system (as required)Use an online work order system.Operate complex equipment (as required)Qualifications/Skills:Experience with high voltage set up and installExperience with PLC controller set up and installAdvanced understanding of electricalHave knowledge of variable frequency drive system install and programmingBasic understanding of HVAC, HydraulicsDemonstrated experience as a maintenance technician (preferably in food manufacturing)Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methodsExperienced in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools and other equipment.Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devicesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExcellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skillsEducation, Experience and Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
