Farm Plant Operator

Snow Creek Farms – Plant Operator We are a small local family farm with a plant operation requiring up to 5 people. We share a relaxed environment with opportunities for long term employment, and to learn about grain crushing into meal and/or oil. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join the team at Snow Creek Farms. In this role, you will support working in the plant to process grains into meal and/or oil. Some maintenance, as needed. Responsibilities The plant employees are responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks of the grains coming in and going of Snow Creek facility. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the extraction of meal and/or oil from Soybeans by way of extruders, presses, degumming, etc. Responsible for following safety guidelines while plant is in operation during each shift. Required Qualifications Experience working in agriculture, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Cultural Fit Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. A strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
