Finance and Insurance Manager

Description Reports to: General Manager & General Sales Manager Schedule: Full-Time Position M-Sat (Days / Hours Vary) High-volume, fast-paced automotive dealership is seeking an exceptional F&I Manager with a proven track record of success. We are looking for a driven, experienced professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and knows how to deliver results while providing an exceptional customer experience. Outstanding earning potential — up to $300,000 per year for top performers!!! Summary: The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for presenting and selling financing, warranty, and insurance products to vehicle purchasers while ensuring a transparent, compliant, and positive customer experience. This role works closely with lenders to secure competitive financing options and is expected to uphold the highest standards of ethics, accuracy, and professionalism. Essential Duties Present and offer vehicle financing and insurance products to customers in a clear and compliant manner. Explain aftermarket products, extended warranties, and all applicable manufacturer and dealership policies and procedures. Secure financing approvals through various lending institutions while maintaining strong lender relationships. Research and establish new lending sources to provide competitive rates and financing programs. Obtain required customer signatures, payoff information, and insurance documentation. Complete all required sales and leasing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Review all deal documents for accuracy, including titles, liens, taxes, and related information prior to submission to accounting. Process financing and leasing transactions through appropriate federal, state, and corporate channels. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle sales and finance operations. Maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout the finance process. Participate in weekly sales and finance meetings and collaborate across departments. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Promote teamwork and positive communication between Sales, Finance, and other departments. Remains fully compliant with Company HR training. Maintains a professional appearance. Other tasks as assigned.
