Responsibilities of Registered Nurse Supervisor include:

• Evening supervision of personnel

• Participate as requested in the interviewing and hiring process

• Maintaining consistent practices with company mission

• Effectively communicates performance expectations

• Ensure assignments are completed for the evening and night shift

• Attend and participate in stand down meeting.

Requirements of RN Evening Supervisor:

Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.

Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.

Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.

Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)

Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
