Banquet BartenderCrystal Springs Resort is seeking banquet bartenders to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service at our premier events and functions.Responsibilities:Mix and serve cocktails and beverages for banquets, weddings, and special eventsOperate bar equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standardsComplete daily bar setup and closing checklists; document and report any discrepancies to Food & Beverage managementCommunicate equipment, maintenance, and sanitation issues to the Food & Beverage Director in a timely mannerEnsure proper storage, organization, and handling of all bar equipment and suppliesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout all eventsFollow all company safety procedures, including accident and injury reporting protocolsComply with all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards at all timesArrive on time and in proper uniform for all scheduled shiftsAccurately clock in and out per company policyRequirements:Prior bartending experience required, banquet or high-volume event experience preferredStrong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsExcellent communication skills with guests, coworkers, and managementFamiliarity with Micros POS system is a plusWeekday, weekend, and holiday availability requiredStrong professionalism and guest-focused attitudeEnjoy Crystal Springs Employee Perks!Discounted Minerals Sports Club Membership30% Dining/Retail Discount30% Spa DiscountDiscounted Stays at the HotelsDiscounted admission to Events & FestivalsComplimentary Golf
